EcoHabs Container Lodge.

Unveiled at The World of Park & Leisure Home Shows, June 2026

Scope
Furniture scheme, colour palette, styling and finishing touches throughout the lodge
Client
EcoHabs

EcoHabs set out to challenge what a lodge can be. The unit unfolds from a single shipping container into a complete, self-contained living space — a form that hands an interior designer a long, narrow plan, a curved ceiling profile and almost no margin for a piece that is fifty millimetres too big.

We developed the furniture scheme, the colour palette, the styling and the finishing touches throughout. The palette answers the architecture rather than fighting it: birch ply left visible overhead, a deep terracotta on the partition volumes to break the length of the plan, and a restrained black kitchen so the eye travels through to the bedroom and the deck beyond.

The lodge was unveiled at The World of Park & Leisure Home Shows at NAEC Stoneleigh in June 2026. A show unit is what a manufacturer takes its model to market with, and the interior is what a visitor sees and stands inside. Where a manufacturer wants it, the same specification can carry onto a build line.
