A completed lodge living and dining space — one specification, repeated across a fleet.

Furniture Packages · In development

Furniture packages.

Set furniture specifications for one- to four-bedroom units, costed once and ordered repeatedly. In development — contents and pricing follow once they are finalised.

One specification

Consistency across a fleet is decided at specification stage or not at all. A set specification is what keeps the fortieth unit matching the first, and it is what operators most often lose when furniture is bought item by item.

One order

One schedule and one coordinated delivery programme, so the furniture does not arrive piecemeal in separate deliveries. Installation is agreed with the order: we coordinate it where you want us to, or supply only where you do not.

Built to repeat

Developed and costed once, then ordered as often as you need. That is why they will suit lodge manufacturers specifying a build line as well as parks refurbishing a fleet.

The packages

Scoped by unit size.

Specifications are being developed for one, two, three and four-bedroom accommodation. Contents, options and pricing will be published once each one is finalised, sourced and costed.

Packages are being finalised. Ask us where they have got to.

Common questions

Buying a package.

What is a furniture package?

A set furniture specification for a particular size of accommodation — the core furniture a one, two, three or four-bedroom unit needs, developed and costed once so it can be ordered without designing the interior again each time. You order the package rather than forty separate lines.

When will the packages be available?

They are in development. We are working through the specification, the sourcing and the costing for each unit size before publishing contents or prices, because a package is only useful to you if we can stand behind what is in it and what it costs. Tell us what you are planning and we will let you know where it has got to.

Can we change what is in a package?

The core specification is set — that is what makes it a package rather than a design job, and what allows it to be ordered repeatedly at a known cost. There will be defined options and upgrades, an agreed fabric or finish choice for example. If you want the furniture and furnishings selected specifically for your property, that is our Interior Design & Fit-Out service instead.

What else can be added to a package?

An Accessory Pack of coordinated finishing pieces, selected to work with the furniture, is being developed alongside the packages. We also supply complete Kitchen Inventory Packs covering the kitchen contents for an accommodation unit. We are settling the exact contents of both before we publish them.

Do you supply packages to lodge manufacturers?

Yes. It is a market we actively want, although resort and park groups and other accommodation operators can use the packages just as well. A manufacturer wants one specification that can go into every unit coming off the line, costed once and ordered against repeatedly. The set packages that will make that an off-the-shelf product are still in development, so talk to us about your build line and we will tell you where they have got to.

Is everything contract grade?

Products are specified to suit the intended use, environment and requirements of the project. Upholstery can be specified to the relevant fire performance standard where the site licence or your insurer requires it, and mattresses are specified for continuous occupancy rather than domestic use.

How will a package be priced?

Per package or per unit, particularly for repeat orders — which is one of the benefits of a set specification. We are not publishing prices until the packages are finalised and properly costed, and pricing will be reviewed as manufacturing and supplier costs change. For larger quantities or repeat manufacturer orders we quote to the volume and the commercial arrangement.

Is installation included?

It is agreed with the order rather than automatically included. A manufacturer with its own fitting arrangements may want supply and delivery only; an operator may want us to coordinate the installation. Our Interior Design & Fit-Out projects are different again — those are the ones where we are usually involved through to installing and dressing the finished interior.

How long does a package take?

Lead times depend on the package contents, the manufacturing, the fabrics and finishes, the sourced items and the quantities, so we will confirm them against your order rather than quote a standard figure. Delivery is coordinated around your programme or your between-season window.

Let’s talk.

The packages are still in development, but tell us what you are planning and we will let you know where they have got to — or quote the furniture directly if that suits the project better.
